Birthday Party Terms & Conditions
All parties require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to reserve a party date and time.
Payment in full is required of check-in for the party. Balances must be paid with cash or credit card (no checks, please). Please bring valid identification and the credit card for any credit cards used through the online reservations.
To satisfy all guests, all parties are limited to 2 hours with the exception of the Diamond package. Longer parties are available for an extra fee, upon availability. Additional fee applies if party extends over the 2-hour time limit. A Deposit is required to reserve. The party center will supply all paper goods, pizza and beverages for the children. All parties are responsible for storage of cake or cupcakes. Adult food can be ordered from our catering menu. No outside food or tube ice cream is permitted. We recommend parties arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for check-in.
Outside Party Decorations are Prohibited. Playzone Toledo supplies all party decorations.
Specific party room requests will be honored based on the size of the party and availability. All requests must be received when booking the party.
No Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled party, no refunds or rescheduling. Any no show parties forfeit their deposit. Any cancellation over 14 days results in deposit being credited to a future party within 90 days at Playzone Toledo. All prices and offers subject to change without notice.
The party center reserves the right to cancel a party if its employees or your guests are not able to safely travel to the facility due to severe weather or other extenuating circumstances. Should a party be cancelled due to weather the party center will do its best to reschedule the party as soon as possible.
